Due to the vintage and unique nature of these items, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

Personalized postal delivery

At La Mode des Anciennes Époques, each piece is unique, as is its packaging. There are no shipping charges for most items within Canada. However, for heavy and bulky packages, shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and your destination. You must contact us before placing your order to find out the costs, as mentioned in the product description.

After your order, we will contact you shortly with shipping details and exact costs.

By prior arrangement, a hand delivery can also be made in Montmagny, Lévis or Quebec, in a public place located on our route.

International Shipping: Some items can be shipped internationally. However, prior agreement is required to determine specific costs, delivery times, and conditions for each destination. Please contact us before placing an order.

However, if you would like to view several items in person—such as our wedding dresses or rare pieces—it is possible to make an appointment.

Visits are on request only, depending on our availability and the items sought.

Condition of clothing

Most garments are in very good condition. Some may have slight visible flaws or wear appropriate to their age, but do not detract from their beauty or historical value. Each product page specifies the condition of the item.

Cleaning clothes

Garments are not cleaned before sale. If you plan to wear them, dry cleaning or delicate washing (hand or machine) is recommended, depending on the fabric.
